    I truly enjoyed this Business Etiquette course. One of the most valuable lessons I learned is the power of the pause—something so simple yet so impactful. As someone who has always been a natural giver, I also appreciated the emphasis on positivity and the importance of highlighting and valuing the work of others. One suggestion I would make is to consider adding a chapter on business phone etiquette. For me, speaking over the phone with someone I don’t know—without being able to see their body language—is a real challenge, and I would have loved to learn more strategies on this topic. Overall, this was a very interesting and enriching course. I believe this kind of education is essential in today’s business world. Thank you!
