    The material covered was a good mostly high-level introduction to the world of HR consulting with some items being covered in slightly more detail. The challenge is mostly with how this course was translated. The person doing the translation, their tone and inflections are a bit off at times and even the actual word to word translation is off as well as some of the words in the slides. It can seem very fast paced at times because of the translated recording is cropped, it feels very choppy at times. A lot of slides appear to have a lot on them but are rushed through or skipped over entirely or not adequately explained. However, I did find this course generally helpful to someone that is new to consulting, and having access to the PPT's and additional support documents are very helpful - in fact the support documents and spreadsheets are worth the cost of the course by themselves. I do wish the material that is provided, like the spreadsheets, were gone through more thoroughly, but again I feel like this course is giving me the tools I need, I just need to do a bit more work on my end to really understand how to use the tools that were shared and maybe use them as a guide to create my own version as I start working with clients.
