A very good match for me; from these lessons, I learned that mental health and workplace well-being are closely connected. Simple daily habits, like rest and balance, make a difference, while respectful workplaces with clear support systems help people feel safe and valued. It reminded me that both personal care and organizational support are needed to create a healthy environment.
