The course focuses more on US based HR practices, it should have more Indian concepts too since the trainer is Indian. Additionally, it would've been better if the course had more case studies and examples. Few words are wrongly pronounced by the Orator which sometimes is distracting. Good part is the analysis of data and various trends that are highlighted in the module.
