Welcome to the course on Prevention of Sexual harassment at the Workplace! This session is designed to create awareness about our commitment to zero-tolerance on sexual harassment at the workplace. The session will explain the law in brief and talk about the importance of a respectful work environment. The topics that will be covered are:- Understanding terms such as Sexual Harassment, Employee, Workplace etc.- Understanding workplace harassment , forms of sexual harassment- Sexual Harassment and remote working- Internal Committee (IC): Composition- Procedure for filing & redressal of a complaint- Explaining Consequences of Malicious Complaints- Importance of maintaining confidentiality. This will be an interactive discussion and will include learning from Videos, Case Scenarios and Real-life examples etc. Request you to keep your videos on for the session.
