Really nice succinct overview delivering the key points. Good illustrative examples and plain language. Demystified organisational design.

Not a very fluid learning session, lots of mini breaks and was choppy. Though it was an overview, the facilitator when though key slides quickly or did not present the right examples for retainment of knowledge.
