    The content was good and the bottom line is can Employers attract, and keep it's most productive and motivated employees (usually healthy individuals) from searching elsewhere without having to use Benefits as a company strategy or motivator (weapon). If your going to offer me healthcare I'm going to want to know how to use it. What are employers doing to help employees become and remain curious about Benefits? How is the employer going to keep me motivated to stay regardless of benefits?
