Well, I have been a training instructor at Sierra Army Depot in Herlong, CA, since 2011. I have design classes in Critical Thinking, Communication, Building Trust in Teams, and others. Sierra Army Depot is a production organization that houses over a trillion dollars in Army assets. The employees are responsible for sorting and repositioning equipment that has returned from engagements. My students may include college graduates with BS-MBAs or engineering degrees, or employees who are English-language learners.
