This course is exactly what I needed. Her content is solid in explaining what needs to be done to create information products. I'm using it for writing an online course with a workbook. I am an abstract thinker with a graduate degree. I needed to know how to translate the knowledge I have into concrete steps for the average listener or reader. Her presentation style and slides are somewhat plain, but that is fine with me.
