It removes the confusion about what a CRM manager is expected to do. It’s amazing that so many companies are looking for CRM professionals but I had to take this course to understand what they are looking for. The truth is CRM is a catchall term for a type of digital marketing and Matthias does a good job of explaining why job descriptions differ, and the myriad of responsibilities of CRM professional can expect to have depending on the company. As a digital market without a digital marketing background, I found this course extremely worth the fee if only to dispel my confusion when it comes to job hunting for CRM roles.

This was great! Although this was more of a beginner/introduction to CRM, I have actually been working in Email Marketing/CRM for almost 2 years now.
