Sound is terrible especially you have to listen with a headphone. I guess the course was recorded on an online meeting platform (instead of speaking to a microphone) which makes the sound get cracky, echoey and disrupted at times. The content of the course was useful but I would have liked to see how to have different text for different platforms when posting at once which I think the whole point of Hootsuite.
