How Reels 101 Got Started
"I don't have time for another type of content."
"Reels will never work for my business."
Many of my clients feel this way when I chat to them about the possibility of creating Reels on Instagram.
When Reels first launched, I’ll admit I was not an early adopter.
But after a few months of seeing people in my field EXPLODE their accounts with Reels, I knew it was time to dive in.
But when my very first reels starting getting 3 to 4 times the amount of views of any video I had ever posted, I knew I had to commit to learning more.
Once I had a system down, I started to record all of the learnings for my clients so that they could more easily make Reels as well.
From the comments left of my Reels each week about how to make them, I knew I wanted to get this training out to more people. I started piecing together all of the learnings from scratch to create a comprehensive, but easy to follow plan to make your next or very first Reel stand out.

So far so good, though worried it might be a bit dated as I see that Reels can now be 3 mins long ... Great trainer though and good meaty content so far ... will definitely keep going.

Jennifer is a good teacher, but the class was relevant two years ago. By 2022 this is outdated. Udemy should offer an update.

This course was exactly what I needed at this time. Prior to this I had only done 3 IG posts with much frustration and doing everything wrong. Jennifer did a great job, I took so many notes and replayed the videos over and over at critical points to see where and what she was doing. Highly recommend if you are in your seventies like me.... Or younger. Going to go make a post now. Bye !
