    Excellent course, looking forward to applying the two minute STOP-START segments. Key message from the course : reading and practice the core concepts taught in that course. Highly recommend for non native English speakers

    This course is good because 1) it provides basic knowledge about writing an email for non-native speakers, 2) the instructor points out errors we make that reduce the efficiency, 3) it provides practical procedure and explains why we should follow it, 4) this course is not only a video, but it also requires students to practice by using resources, 5) it does not only teaches how to write an email but also corrects my opinion about communicating. What can be improved: 1) as an ESL/EFL speaker, what I lack is the relevant input resource, it would be much better if this course went with extra business email examples - those from real life would be the best, 2) it might be a bonus if we can get a list covering commonly used vocabulary in the business environment, 3) the purple beehive-like background makes the whole screen so dark and distracts my attention, a simple one would work well. Overall, this course is very helpful for me. Thank you.
