Learning to Speak, Read and Write Tibetan
This Course will enable Students to Understand basic structure of Tibetan script, Language and important grammatical components of Classical Tibetan.
This course includes academic theory as well as practical and useful knowledge to let you understand the Tibetan culture better as well as proficiently read the language.
To make everyone find what they need, the contents include:
Thirty Consonants ཀ་ཁ་ག་ང་་་་་་་་་་་་
Tibetan Consonants arranged according to their pronunciation.
Tradational way of gender classification.
Consonants reading practice and New Vocabulary.
Writing the Alphabet.
Four Vowels ཨི་ཨུ་ཨེ་ཨོ།
Method of spelling consonants in conjunction with vowels.
The four vowels joined with thirty consonants.
Vowels Reading practice and new vocabulary.
Tibetanised Sanskrit letters.
Six reversed letters and Five heavy sounding letters.
