In this course you will:
Learn and practice vocabulary and phrases for more effective participation in or leading business meetings.
Learn how to write good professional emails including a deep dive into the most common areas of punctuation.
Look into the art of giving and receiving feedback and learn related vocabulary in the English language.
This course is for you if you’re working in an industry that is heavily relying on communication, such as IT industry, marketing, advertising, entrepreneurship, education, etc. The course materials are applicable across industries, although the examples are mainly focused on the information technology field.
If you take part in meetings, engage in written communication, or give and receive feedback, this course offers valuable vocabulary and tips to enhance your skills.
This course is also for you if you’re preparing to step up into a leading or managing position or to run your own business.
