    I'm not sure if this was on purpose, but she says, read right to left and top to bottom. This is incorrect as we read left to right, unless there was an underlying reason to say this. Also, she said, "Don't get confused." This is a very minor thing, but no one gets confused on purpose, it just sounds condescending and is not helpful to say that.
