Learn to speak Swahili

A beginner course for Swahili students

Are you planning a trip to East Africa?  Do you want to learn more about a language spoken by 130 million people?  Than this is the course for you.  This course will introduce you to the basics of Swahili taught by a native Swahili speaker living in Kenya. 

The course has a number of elements.  First, there are videos by a native Swahili speaker.  Second, there are dialogues between two native speakers.  Third, are downloadable flashcards that correspond to each lecture.  

By the end of the course, students will be able to have a basic conversation, but will also have set the foundation for deeper studies in Swahili.

    The course is very good and I also liked the flashcards very much.

    Despite telling the creator the flashcards aren't available he would not change them. From the Q&A, I'm not the only one with this problem. The questions are impossible because they're all in Swahili with no key and the videos have poor audio with lots of noise in the background and often the subtitles go too quickly or are on a red against red background. Waste of money.
