Thank you for providing this training. The content covered was highly relevant, and I appreciate that the overall topics were well-selected and explained in generally understandable ways. This foundation was valuable for learning the core functions of QuickBooks Online. I have outlined specific observations below that could enhance the clarity and effectiveness of future sessions: Areas for Improvement and Suggestions Topic Observation Suggested Improvement Account Setup & Customization There was some lack of clarity when demonstrating how to create different types of accounts. Please clarify the distinctions between account types (e.g., Bank, Expense, Cost of Goods Sold) and the impact of selecting the incorrect account type. Topic Depth Consistency The level of detail provided was inconsistent, with the instructor offering very detailed information in some topics but being uncertain or brief in others. Aim for a more uniform depth across all key topics. Ensure that complex areas are thoroughly covered while eliminating unnecessary details from simpler concepts. Specific Unclear Topics A few select topics were not clear or comprehensive enough to ensure full understanding. Review the lesson plan for clarity on very few topics (as noted during the session/in my personal notes) to ensure all essential steps and context are provided. Initial Engagement The first chapter's child section content was not engaging or interesting, making it difficult to maintain focus at the start of the course. Re-structure the introductory content to prioritize engaging, high-impact examples that immediately demonstrate the practical application of QuickBooks Online features. Overall Assessment The training provides a solid base for utilizing QuickBooks Online. Addressing the few points related to consistency in detail and targeted clarification (especially around account creation) would significantly improve the learning experience and overall utility of the course material. I look forward to applying what I've learned and appreciate the effort put into the program.

The teacher was rude when answering questions. He included sections of the class taught by his 10 year old niece. I would not recommend this class to anyone.
