You will learn to make your own sourdough starter in the course but there is a variation for using just commercial yeast or just using sourdough starter. All of the video's are between 1 minute and 6 minutes with and intro and an exit, so the actual information was at least a third less. The information is good, learned good stuff but I was expecting more in depth information. Each section could have been a single video and cut out all the repeated intro and exit video time.

This course was helpful to visualize the mixing and baking process. I did have technical issues with the videos freezing and jumping, then having a hard time going back to get the video going again. This might be because I'm on an iMac and running Safari. Safari might not be compatible with Udemy.
