Great information, a little hard to understand, however once I turned on the captions, I easily understood the content. Now that I am aware of these power words, I know that I will expand my vocabulary giving my clients a better experience taking them beyond their expectations!

Pradeep is a little hard to understand but he does provide a PDF document that is well laid out with all the words he covers in the course. For myself, it was easier to follow along in some spots, so I could see the word and hear it at the same time. I think with a little practice I will easily be able to naturally work these words into my everyday vocabulary. Can't wait to see the results!
