the course was a good brief understanding of the concept, history of TM , how it started and what are key parameters needed, and initiatives to be looked out by the org in the changing world , which include identifying high potential and critical positions, but more examples and detail examples could be given.

My perception of the course is different from what I met. I thought having diverse employees with potentials around in an organization, there should be some tools for identifying and making appropriate utilization of such which are entirely different from those learnt in other HRM courses. however, I had additional knowledge through this course.
