    Tons of information in bite-sized pieces. Easy to understand practical application for personal self defense. Master Wong emphasizes over and over again the same points and principles because they are very important to understand otherwise one can become complacent and will not be able to react in a real situation. Very important to practice a lot on the moves and the principles involved.
