    I'm learning a lot but I what I like the best is how the author simplifies the course. It is very easy to understand. The only thing I would recommend is to do a live demonstration of the techniques in addition of the explanation to show the interaction instead of just giving examples. Thank you Bruno! This is my first sales course and you were amazing! I look forward to continue learning, as you said, it is a skill.
