The Best Sleep Of Your Life: Steps To Try Tonight

Having a good sleep is something challenging! Learn today what it takes to have the best sleep of your life!

Nowadays having a good sleep is something challenging for many of us. In fact, statistics show that almost 2 of 3 grown up adults have serious problems caused by their poor quality of sleep or by insomnia and they didn’t even realize this! They want to have a better sleep but they don’t actually do something to get that!

Now I am asking you. How would it feel to be fully energized and motivated when you wake up in every morning? How would it be to know that you get the most from your sleeping hours? How would it be to combat the stress and the depression by having the best sleep of your life and spending the same amount of time or even less in bed?

I already know all this. I learned all of this in free videos from Youtube from mindvalley. all he did was reteach something learned from youtube.

It has always seemed to take me an unusual amount of time to fall asleep and I wanted to take action to alleviate that. While you did not address that particular problem directly, I think I might benefit the most from some of the relaxation tips mentioned in these lectures. The point of adjusting your sleep schedule based on the time you want to wake up seemed to make the most sense to me. Since I live in a part of the world where natural sunlight is extremely limited during the winter, your mention of the light-emitting alarm clocks in the written material might prove quite beneficial, so thanks for that!

Quite decent session! Instructor is quite clear and easy to follow. Pace of the session is also maintained quite nicely. One thing I'd like to see is more real world examples and how they were solved.
