    This has been my favorite series that I have done so far. She explains her exercises very well. I can feel my muscles are fatigued at the end of the session. I am hoping for great results.

    Thank you.The teacher is very successful. Explanations are simple, fluent and easy to understand and apply. I think it will be very effective. If you are looking for face yoga don't hesitate.

    The course only presented different exercises but did not tell me anything about how often should I practice, wheter to do all of them, when to do them, what are the most imporatnat ones etc. Also I did not learn anything about the warm up and breathing excersises apart from various techniques. The course is missing background completely.
