Content is very lengthy. I was expecting short summary of concepts. Many a times, presenter is using story telling which is good but it is very difficult to get educational content out of that story. For example, on how to conquer your fear. there is no information that I found which I could practice. I could only find that presenter spoke that dont worry, dont think of what people are thinking of you and also how presenter overcame his fear of public speaking. but no concise points on how to fight it
