Short but powerful. The examples given are realistic. Course is easy to follow. Even though there's no actual quiz, there is engagement and questions asked to fill in answers for.

Since I know the importance of good mental health and that affects starts from early age, with children of my own, and being surrounded by other children dear to me, I wanted to gain insight in to what to look out for, and handle any concerns or issues that may arise while looking after children. I felt that Sarah outlined concerns and best practises to reduce mental issues, and promote mental well being in a healthy and constructive manner. I've seen many of the practises work even with adults and myself, as well as with children already. However the techniques were not specifically trained or structured efficiently. Now I know better what worked, and why, and what else I can do, going forwards.
