    High standard of video production and the material is delivered in a very professional manner. For the absolute beginner to running there is definitely useful material here. The course is clearly labelled as "For Beginners". However, I am 9 months into my running development after recent retirement. I found this course to be too basic and I did not gain anything from it. Many very relevant aspects to running are covered, however I found the treatment to be very shallow and I was left wanting more information. The presenter is clearly very motivational and enthusiastic and will undoubtedly this course will be of immense value if you are a totally new runner.
