Totally love this course. I am a patient of acute trigger points and they keep coming back after every 15 days due to my computer Design work. I was looking for this kind of course from a long time. Loved the 4 techniques to release trigger points. I wish if I get some more points about why these trigger points keep coming back and how to get rid of them. Or a bit more on neck and upper back
