Welcome to the Terraform Beginner to Advanced - Using Google Cloud Platform course! This course aims to teach you the fundamentals of Terraform and apply them to GCP. The instructor shows how, but does explains why. Came here to get into terraform, but just saw a bunch of code he typed which I would easily get by reading the terrafrom docs.
