I would like Midi recording with Plugin's and vst to be shown more in detail. Also how to understand a EQ and More Details on Mastering using reaper.

I have a hard time figuring out the target audience for this course. It's not a mixing course - there's very few information about the process of mixing thrown without much structure or explanation for its use, altough I am personally happy to have learned from this course about so called Pan law. Admittedly the course mostly focuses on Reaper's UI, but it's neither comprehensive nor very beginner friendly because it basically devotes the same amount of time to the most basic, intuitive elements of the UI as well as it boggles itself down with super specific options that have niche applications (far above the scope of a beginner) while not really explaining those options all too well. It's a bit like a presentation where the speaker just reads of his slides without much commentary. Ultimately if after reading this review you would consider participating in this course I would suggest (as one of the other reviewers did as well) to look up free videos by Kenny Gioia on YouTube, as they are way more concise and explain the purpose and common usage of Reaper's functionalities, making it very beginner friendly, not to mention the fact that they're free. As a last note on the course I would add that the assignments at the end of each section are basically single random questions that relate in no way to the practical knowledge of Reaper (e.g. "how many way are there to open settings?") and this couple with the general structure of the course makes it all seem kind of half-baked. Maybe it's above average on this website but given the high rating this course has received so far I would have expected way more for this price.

You learn about the interface and the possibilities of the program, but not so much about audio editing or mixing in general.
