    The speaker was very robotic sounding and monotone. I found the content very hard to concentrate on because the sentences were run on without a breath. I wasn't overly motivated and the speaker didn't stop to ask any quiz questions in between, which I believe always helps to make sure I am learning. each section/module.

    The Course helped me realize what essentials I'm already using in sales meetings and how can I improve them along with a few new things viz. how to observe body language, the effect of keeping silent after the final pitch, types of closes and how one can be used. The instructor was good in speech and precise. Can use some real life sales meetings examples or a role play video for tackling negotiations, etc.
