The instructor is very good but some of the content is outdated. The whole second section about niche selection is not valid because it shows how to use Market Samurai and that business is shutting down 3/21. References various items that should be available under video but isn't. Possibly reusing videos filmed for his website (couldn't access that site either)

Good content so far! would prefer if instructor was less wordy, I got lost in the talk of it all. some of the links of the Keyword search did not open or show.
