    Very superficial. And there is old information in some places.

    I'm not a fan of leaving low reviews, but I'm so disappointed that I had to. I was expecting a lot more from the course. There is no practical application in terms of demonstrating how to set up and be an Upwork agency; it felt more like a course of explanation only. You did not lay out and show how to organize the business step by step, nor did you demonstrate how to find freelancers to work with. Furthermore, there are no resources such as helpful PDFs to support the course. I didn't want to leave a negative review, so I thought that if I at least completed more than half of the course, I'd find some value, thus avoiding a low rating. Unfortunately, I didn't get that at all. There is a lot more that could have been included in the course. I didn't even know that there were separate settings in Upwork to switch from a freelancer to an agency profile, which I had to figure out on my own. I believe this information could have been incorporated into the course as well, but it wasn't.

    The course is great. It's quick, it's straightforward. The only thing I'd add for the next iteration is a bit more of the financial management side of leading an agency
