Didier Hartmann is the author of the german book "Faszien Training mit Qi Gong" and created the german bestseller online course "Faszien-Fitness mit Qi Gong“, now available here in english as „Fasciae Fitness with Qi Gong“.

    I work with seniors using Qigong movements and thought the course on Fasciae Fitness and Health would be good to identify movements that could be done in the class. Other than the simple relaxing exercises, the movements in this course seem more appropriate for people who have excellent mobility or are involved with martial arts. The instructions and presentation are well done and I plan to view the movements again to see which ones can be modified for seniors with little Qigong experience.
