課程簡介

Kicking Depression out of your Life

Understanding Depression

Have you ever felt the sting of depression, it can be so horrible and distasteful!

Many of us find ourselves in this negative state of emotion that affects key areas of our lives, the results of it can be so detrimental to a degree in reducing life to a burden.

If depression is not dealt with, it can turn into a habit unconsciously and rob you of the true beauty of life.

My desire is to help people kick depression out of their lives completely by revealing key foundational truths. This course will help you become emotionally intelligent and live a great life. It will make you realize that the source of depression is from within and not from without.

We were born with a range of emotions that are triggered by thoughts. Your role is to learn how to master your thoughts to direct your emotional ship correctly.

What we call our feelings are simply an indicator of what we are thinking about, and the intensity of the emotions you feel is directly related to the amount of attention you give to the thoughts that produce them.

You can get out of depression if you understand the emotional mechanism responsible for your feelings.
