I wish he had more background knowledge of basic music theory instead of explaining a kick as a knock. It is reasonable to make it relatable in simple explanations, but you need to own it with better insight. The teacher does have a lot of knowledge.

This "course" is AWFUL!!! If it wasn't so bad it would be funny. But it's just very bad. The so-called "instructor" unabashedly proclaims that he knows nothing about music and proves it repeatedly. Every step is painfully slow as the instructor fumbles about the screen trying to achieve some kind of result. Terminology is consistently wrong as well as the correct pronunciation of common language. If you know anything about music you will HATE this course. If you know nothing about music do yourself a big favour and avoid this course at all costs!!! Ironically this course is called "Hip-Hop Music Production" but the instructor has absolutely no sense of rhythm! Need proof? Google his name and have a listen to the non-music junk that he has produced. Don't waste your time and money here!
