    I think a few more details wouldn't hurt. For me it's not dificult to follow the exercises but someone who's not familiar with self hypnosis it could be challenging.

    Thank you! The istructor was very friendly with his approach to the whole matter of quiting smoking. This was very important for me in order to wanting and feeling comfortable to continue with every next video. I defently need to review the course in order to make the excersises my own. It was mind blowing. I do want to remain a non smoker as i feel that i am right now after completing the course. Will be back to repeat the course. Thank you!!
