    The hypnosis sessions are extremely relaxing, not sure about weight loss at this stage (end of part 1) but they’re certainly great for mid-day or after work relaxation

    I have been watching online courses for quite some time, some are good and some not so good. I have always been one to believe in unusual approaches to life’s situations. In other words, I strongly believe that our bodies can heal themselves of nearly everything. I find that western medicine (and this is only my opinion, and this doesn’t apply to every single western medical entity) is corrupt. It only has one thing in mind, their pockets. Any how, my point, this course was outstanding, I came to this conclusion after only a few videos into the course. The facilitator is excellent in the ways he presents the approach to weight loss, and in I way I hadn’t considered before. The way he speaks and presents each lesson is hypnotic, pun intended. This is one UDEMY and weight loss program that I will put in my favorites and watch continuously. Does it work, I have no evidence of that just yet because I just completed the course, in two days mind you. So for the moment, I can not say whether it does or does not. Do I believe it will, I do. If I can leave another comment or updated this one, I will return in a year and update you all on the outcome. If you choose to purchase this course, you’ll understand why I chose a year...one step at a time!
