    Der Kurs hat sehr strukturiert die Vorteile und Nachteile der verschiedenen Lebensmittelgruppen aufgezählt. Die Fülle an Zusatzmaterialien ist riesig. Ich werde diese Schritt für Schritt durchgehen. Ein Rezept habe ich bereits ausprobiert: den Choco-Cheesecake. Es hat der ganzen Familie gefallen. Mein Kind hat bereits die ersten richtigen Entscheidung gestern im Supermarkt gemacht. Statt Süßigkeiten wurde ein frischer Obstsalat gewählt und statt Toastbrot Roggenvollkornbrot in runder Form. Daraus kann man schöne Türmchen bauen. Die ersten Schritte sind getan. Danke dafür.
