I did not know what to expect and there was no explanation of what we would be doing, what the aim was to achieve or an explanation of how to do it properly. As a beginner I found this course poor. It feels like all we did was was to start chanting and not knowing what its all about. The sound on the videos was also very poor, sometime I could not hear what he was saying eventhough my volume was turned up to 100%, other times his voice came through so loud that I had to turn the volume right down. What I found especially annoying was the fact that I had to pause one of the sessions towards the end but couldn't carry on from where I paused, I had to start from the beginning again. Overall it is very poorly put together and presented, His English is also bad and i could not understand what he was saying.
