Most of the information itself was very good and well-presented. I encourage you to revisit some of the examples, especially the one about weight loss. (It also felt like you often used examples of women with problems.) My biggest disappointment was the abbreviations for the various techniques. I wish the prompts would have used other shorthand, such as "Or" for double-bind, or X=Y for complex equivalence. It was too hard to hold all of the abbreviations in my head -- and they are simply for this course. They aren't formal abbreviations for these concepts.

The course is good. The trainer can add little more humor and casual approach. In 7 long hours of training, it's burdensome to sit and only listen to the speaker. It feels like college. Midway many a time I have zoned out, sometime have dodged. Apart from that, everything else is useful.

Prakash not only teaches these things, he also teaches about how to brain functions and how one can influence others to take action in the most ethical way possible.
