Very well structured! The presented information is completely sufficient for anyone who would seriously decide to take their general health to a new level. The only thing seems to be missing are some plain text files that would outline the main points which are made in the videos.

Yes JUST GETTING a headstart to being more active. i want to build more musle and mentally be strong so that i can have more energy, i want to look more leaner but mentally i keep putting on more weight and self sobotaging myself once i gain weight i want to looose weight when i loose weight i want to eat junk seems to be a common problem and then i can not fit into my clothes and can't weR THE CLOTHES I USE TO WEAR THEY LOOK DIFFERENT AND I JUST WHAT TO END UP CRYING AND WANT TO JUST SIT AT HOME BECAUSE I AM DEPRESSED
