Unfortunately I have not found it engaging so far. When I see the instructor, he seems disinterested, very poor quality video. This is reinforced throughout the video where there is no attempt at screen panning, zooming or using any highlighting at all. Quite disappointed so far - sorry

Sometimes speed of information presented is too fast. In addition the instructor seems to be doing the course on the fly without preparation. Since I wrote this review I spoke with Richard and we discussed my concerns. He is very responsive and concerned about the quality of his courses. I was very impressed! I am very pleased to change my rating.
