This course has much valuable content - and Mansi is a clear and enthusiastic instructor. While Mansi's demonstrations of the yoga poses and breathing exercises are great, it was disappointing that she did not include a guided routine for students to practice. This omission is that only reason that I subtracted a half of a point. In the future, I hope Mansi supplements the course to include guided routines for both the yoga poses and breathing exercises which students can use for a regular practice.

It's a brilliant course, genuinely good for the heart, the soul and for healing in general. The meditation on 'Love through the Ages' is my favourite lesson so far. The experience so fulfilling and creates such an immediate and dramatic shift from any negativity. Truly blessed to have come across this course. If anybody is in need of any kind of healing, this is a great place to start.
