This course is fine but blender has been updated and some of the things he is doing, don't work this way now. It's still followable, but with some confusion. The pace is a little fast, not video speed but jumping from point to point. This wouldn't be remedied by slowing the video down.

This tutorial is very out of date. If you were to start trying to animate in Blender using this video , it wouldn't be any good. The rigging setup and viewport layouts have undergone significant changes. Even the pose library is now in the assets folder, not where the tutor says. I don't see how they can claim this was updated in O5/2025.
