    Lack of professionalism, wooden utensils, laminate the dough by hand, in the recipe use sourdough and does not give the recipe, it is not professional. Money very poorly spent on this course I have already taken several courses and this is undoubtedly the worst of all

    I am a complete beginner and I feel like this might be for somebody who knows a little bit about baking French croissants. I have no idea what a mother dough is and I don’t think he explained that? Regardless, I liked watching him make it and I am excited to try it!
