Over the years I have learned to do a lot of these things. But i have to say, seeing them displayed like this and gone through, its all about the small things that you can do that people wouldn’t notice you do. Ever wondered why the person that seems to always eat, and can choose anything seems to be the more energetic or slimmest. These little changes are why.

Yes, it is great. The speaker is very comprehensible and learned things that will make my progress easier. The second part, about food, is more interesting. However, even things I don't know, are presented in a very simple and easy to understand way. Great job, really!
