Yes, this is a good match. I am easily distracted and have a hard time being able to focus on one task at a time, becuase my job requires that I jump from item to item since the priorities are ever changing. Taking time for myself and focusing on occomplishing tasks, may bring a renewed joy to my job. Leaving each day without having finished anyting but supporting everything isnt reqarding. This meditative approach, awareness and making sure I occomplish something for my own sense of good feelings makes sense. Thank you.
