A lot of the time I'm seeing the instructor move this from here to there, rename that, change this property here, but there's never an explanation why. It might be best to start with the design or use case, then do the steps needed and each step of the way explain why we need this or that, what it does etc. Too much appears to be blindly copying what he's doing, and my work's site structure isn't the same as We.Learn's. On the upside I may use this as a reference for how to do various tasks, even if I don't understand the workings of it.

It is not designed for beginners. If someone has basic understanding on AEM, it is good for them but for a beginner who does not know anything about AEM, it is not good. I know in less time, such vast knowledge can not be delivered but still I feel there was requirement of more practical sessions.

The course does not contains the detailed videos and also cq version is outdated. The course should be upgraded.
